Easy Easter Bunny Cake

INGREDIENTS

• 1 box of cake mix (any flavor)
• Eggs as per cake mix instructions
• Oil as per cake mix instructions
• Water as per cake mix instructions
• Buttercream frosting
• Coconut flakes
• Pink food coloring
• Chocolate chips
• Colored sprinkles

INSTRUCTIONS

1. 1 Prepare the cake mix according to the package instructions and bake in a bunny-shaped pan or two round pans.
2. 2 Allow the cakes to cool completely.
3. 3 Trim the cakes if necessary, then place them on a serving plate in the shape of a bunny.
4. 4 Frost the top and sides of the cake with buttercream frosting.
5. 5 Sprinkle coconut flakes on top for texture (optional).
6. 6 Add pink food coloring in some frosting to make the ears and nose.
7. 7 Use chocolate chips for the eyes and decorate with colored sprinkles.
